"Before it was named the Fat Arse Wombat, this design was in its basic form a model called the “Retro Drive” and was originally made for an amazing Japanese label, NoBrand. We made hundreds of the things for them. This was around 1998."
The flatter rocker, high paddling and trim speed, wider nose and tail outline makes it a phenomenal board for weak summer waves in the UK. The Fat Arse Wombat paddles as good as a longboard but with the agility and responsive of a smaller board.
