Shipping policy

Delivery Policies:

• We ship all goods within the mainland UK via Royal Mail, DPD or Fedex. All surfboards are sent via Fedex, who provide a fast and comprehensive next day delivery service to the UK mainland. Wetsuits and other large items are sent via DPD. All other smaller items are sent via Royal Mail using their first class signed for service. These usually take 2-3 working days.
• We endeavour to dispatch all goods on the same day, if ordered before 1pm. Orders made after 1pm are normally dispatched the following day. 
• For International Delivery we endeavour to deliver within 4-10 Working Days anywhere in the world, the carrier used depends on the country of destination.
• All shipments delivered to outside of the UK*  are sent DDP (delivery duty paid). This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price to your door, including all duties and taxes. We guarantee there are no hidden fees due to import duty, tax, advanced handling fee, or any other fee charged by the courier. This makes the delivery process much quicker and ensures a smooth process from checkout to delivery.
  *Except for deliveries to the Channel Islands. For shipments to the Channel Islands, we do  not collect duty and taxes at checkout, and these will be payable by yourself to the courier when receiving the goods.
  
  
• We will provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation for the couriers, to ensure seamless transport of the goods to you. We have been delivering goods to international customers for over 20 years, and pride ourselves on providing the best service possible.
• In the event of extreme weather condition or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving Next Day. However we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.
• Deliveries on Bank Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not available. Please note that orders processed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday).
• In the event the item(s) are out of stock, you will be contacted and the goods will either be dispatched as soon as possible or an alternative item will be offered.
• Postage is charged once per order, not per item ordered.
