Born in 1981, Australian Hayden Cox might appear too young to be one of the world's most influential shapers. But a totally committed, imaginative approach to both design and construction since the age of 15 has taken him right to the top at a relatively young age. His Sydney & California based company, Haydenshapes, has produced some of the surf world's most exciting shapes in recent years, none more so than the Hypto Krypto - Surfboard of the Year 2014 at the Australian Surf Industry Awards.
