Current Delivery Advice

In 2021 The UK left the European Union and the EU single market. We continue to sell and send products to all countries inside the EU, as well as countries outside of the EU as we have always done.

Shipping to Countries within the EU

We now sell all products internationally as DDP (delivery duty paid).  This means the price you pay on our website is the total price... Including all import duties and your country's VAT paid. This means your products will get to you much quicker, and with no unexpected fees.

Shipping outside the EU

Delivery Policies:

• Generally, goods ordered before 1pm will be shipped on the same day (Mon-Fri).
• All wetsuits, surfboards and other large items (bodyboards, boardbags, coats, luggage, skateboards, Ugg boots) destined for the UK mainland are sent via TNT courier on Next Working Day UK delivery.
• Small goods within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class signed for service (1-3 days).
• After dispatch, we will send you a tracking code to enable you to fully track your package.
• Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9-5pm.
• Orders made after 1pm are normally dispatched the following day.
• For International Delivery we endeavour to deliver within 7-12 Working Days anywhere in the world, the carrier used depends on the country of destination.
• Deliveries on National Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not available.
• Orders processed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday).
• In the event of extreme weather condition or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving the next working day. However, we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.
• In the event an item is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange to either dispatch the goods as soon as possible, provide an alternative item, or refund the item as appropriate.
