- One Piece Boomerang Panel: A unique one-piece panel that removes seams from across your shoulders for unrestricted paddling and ultimate comfort.
- Elastomax Jersey: Rip Curl's new external jersey, critical to the Elasto’s overall stretch. Offering superior flexibility with a soft hand-feel.
- Infinity Foam: An ultra-lightweight foam used through the upper body that retains less water to create their lightest wetsuit ever.
- E-Dry Thermal Lining: A lightweight inner lining, made from 100% recycled materials, designed to drain water quickly, helping the suit become touch-dry in under 30 minutes in typical conditions.
- OCENA Plant Based Foam: A neoprene-free foam used through the lower body. Made with 74% bio-based content including natural rubber from FSC-certified plantations, oyster shell powder and plant-based oils.
- 100% Ultimate Taped Seams: Ultimate Tape reinforces every seam for durability and added protection against water entry.
- Profiled Arms and Legs: The Elasto is designed to follow the body’s natural form, using intentionally contoured panels for ultimate performance and less restricted surfing
