Introducing JS' HYFI 3.0

We're stoked to have just taken delivery of one of the very first shipments of HYFI 3.0 from JS Industries. This construction builds on the very successful HYFI and HYFI 2.0 options from the Australian brand, and utilises multiple updates and technological developments to push the limits of performance shortboard design.

JS Xero Gravity HYFI 3.0

The most obvious change is the full carbon rails and bottom. It’s a specially formulated carbon weave custom designed by JS to offer more drive and better energy transfer between turns in a similar fashion to their full Carbotune offering.

The deck now has a full layer of Innegra cloth running the length of the board. This premium glassing cloth makes the HYFI 3.0 boards super strong and durable. There has also been updates to the carbon flex spine that runs along the centre of the deck. By making it narrower, JS has been able to create even more flex and spring than the previous HYFI constructions.

The EPS foam core has been improved too, with a stringless blank designed to offer better flex control through critical turns.

All in all, the HYFI 3.0 continues the trend of JS pushing the boundaries of performance and technology to create an epoxy board construction that truly is one of the best in the world. If you’re after a high performance epoxy construction, look no further.
